If large facilities lose connection to SSO's it might be caused by PLC-problems. The SSO's send data every 5 seconds and sometimes the data packages chrash or get lost on the way. This can often be fixed by increasing the time between data packaged are sent.


Add the following line in /work/apps/apps_config.yaml


plc-proxy: 

  ssoPollInterval: 5    #5 is the polling interval for SSOs in seconds, 5 is default. Try changing it to 10 s.
