What should I do if the system offline alarm is triggered?

Answer:

*Ferroamp's alarm function is currently being rolled out and will be rolled out to all facilities during the first half of 2023. To simplify the rollout, facilities will be selected at random. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to manually prioritize a facility, so it is not possible to contact us and ask to have the function activated earlier. Our ambition is for all customers to have access to this function as quickly as possible.

If the system offline alarm is triggered, it means that the EnergyHub has lost its connection with the EnergyCloud and you should then:

  1. Check that the EnergyHub is running as it should and publishes measurement data on the display. If no data is published on the display.
    1.  Check that the power supply on the AC side to the EnergyHub is switched on and if so, contact your installer.
  2. If the data is published on the display, check that the EnergyHub is connected to the Internet, then press the reset button and hold for 5 seconds.
  3. Restart the system and router it is connected to by turning off the power at the AC breaker, wait 5 minutes, and then turn the power back on.
  4. Check that settings in router allow necessary traffic to EnergyHub, for information about the internet configuration you can contact us here.
