How does the SSO offline alarm work?

Answer:

The SSO offline alarm continuously checks that all SSOs (System Supervisory Objects) included in the system topology in EnergyCloud are reporting data to the EnergyHub and that the reported values vary.

Please note that if, for any reason, an SSO has been replaced at the installation and has not been manually removed from the system topology under system settings in EnergyCloud, the alarm will be triggered because the replaced SSO does not report data. You can find the system topology in EnergyCloud. See the image below.

The alarm generates an email each time one or more SSOs have stopped delivering data or have delivered the same values to the EnergyHub over a period. If more than one SSO triggers the alarm at the same time, the relevant serial numbers will be listed in an email.

On the alarm page in EnergyCloud, the alarms will be separated according to the respective SSO serial numbers. The alarm will remain active until the issue is resolved. See image below.
