The EnergyHub system currently supports 3 different open APIs that are freely available for use (with reservation, see * below).
Local APIs:
MQTT API
- Local API
- Activated for a specific EnergyHub by Ferroamp's support
- Default mode is off
- Provides access to data retrieval
- Allows external control of the EnergyHub system by sending commands
- Currently supports batteries with up to 30 seconds delay
Modbus TCP
- Local API
- Activated for a specific EnergyHub by Ferroamp's support
- Default mode is off
- Provides access to data retrieval
Cloud-based APIs:
CloudAPI
- Cloud-based API
- Activated for a specific EnergyHub's facility ID by Ferroamp's support
- Default mode is off
- Provides access to data retrieval via the cloud
To activate any of the APIs, contact Ferroamp's support, which can be done here.
