The warranty for the battery system is offered solely by Ferroamp's supplier of battery systems and not by Ferroamp. The warranty for Pylontech batteries is valid for five (5) years, starting from the date of delivery from Ferroamp. See warranty terms here.

The warranty for ESO (Energy Storage Optimizer) modules is valid for a period of five (5) years, starting from the date of commissioning, or, if not commissioned, one (1) year from the date of delivery from Ferroamp. See warranty terms for Ferroamp's products here.
