What do I do if I receive an alarm indicating that the system is offline?

Answer:

If the system alarms because the facility is offline, it means that the EnergyHub is not in contact with the EnergyCloud, and you should then check the following:

1. Check that the EnergyHub is functioning properly and publishing meter data on the display. If no data is being published on the display, verify that the AC power supply to the EnergyHub is turned on.

  1. If it is on, contact your installer.

2. If data is published on the display, check that the EnergyHub is connected to the internet, then press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. Wait for 5 minutes for the system to restart.

3. Restart the EnergyHub system and router by cutting the power on the AC side, wait 5 minutes, and then turn the power back on.

4. Check that the router settings allow necessary traffic to the EnergyHub, see current information here
