As a viewer, you have access to the entire facility (dashboard, various energy and power views, as well as analysis tools), but you cannot view and/or modify system settings. To access the system information and configuration for a facility, you must be added as an administrator.
All administrators of a facility can add new users and change the permissions for existing users.
