When does the warranty not apply?

Answer:

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:


  • If the instructions in the user manual are not followed or repairs are carried out by someone not authorized by Ferroamp
  • If modifications to the original design are made
  • If damage occurs due to electrical overload
  • If damage is caused by improper installation, maintenance, or handling
  • If damage is caused by water
  • If the product is used under conditions other than those specified in the user manual, product sheets, etc., or in any other way than what can be considered normal use of it
  • If the product is not or has not been connected to the internet and Ferroamp's server
  • If the product is damaged due to lightning strikes or other events beyond Ferroamp's control (force majeure)
