Answer:
Only batteries sold by Ferroamp and integrated batteries mentioned below are compatible with the Ferroamp system. This is because the batteries require an ESO (Energy Storage Optimizer) that can communicate with both the EnergyHub and the battery's BMS. Ferroamp's ESOs can only communicate with the batteries that Ferroamp sells.
Third-party integrations:
Senergia has integrated the Dyness Tower, and Raymond Solar has integrated the Raymond Solid State with the Ferroamp system. When using an integrated battery from another company, they are responsible for the support related to this.
