Answer:
This can partly be due to the fact that the configuration of the current transformers (CT configuration) has not been performed or incorrect transformation ratio (CT ratio) has been entered into the EnergyHub. This generally results in significant errors in both power and energy measurements for the grid and loads. However, energy measurements for solar production and energy storage are not affected. It may also be due to incorrect placement of the current transformers. Always verify the placement of the current transformers to ensure they are positioned in a way that enables them to measure the entire consumption of the property.
