Answer:
The SSO cannot break the voltage from the panels. However, if the EnergyHub loses power, for example, during a power outage, it will not supply any voltage from the panels to the DC grid, and thus, no current will flow in the PV cables.
When the EnergyHub system is operational, the EnergyHub and SSOs are constantly communicating with each other.
If this communication is disrupted, such as during a power outage or if the DC link between the EnergyHub and SSOs is severed, the SSO will not receive any response from the EnergyHub. As a safety feature, it will then stop supplying voltage to the DC grid from the panels. The cables between the SSO and the EnergyHub will then be without voltage.
