Answer:
Ferroamp currently does not have a charger implemented that supports V2G. However, the EnergyHub system is prepared for it.
V2G is still a relatively new technology, and there are still many uncertainties regarding how it will function.
A likely scenario is that it will be possible to utilize chargers that supply and receive DC directly from the vehicle's battery, bypassing the onboard charger present in most electric vehicles today to rectify the alternating current from our charging stations. Whether it involves AC/DC chargers or DC/DC chargers, the future will reveal, but regardless, the EnergyHub system already has the capability to control chargers on the AC side as well as a DC network in place for future DC/DC chargers.
When the technology matures, our ambition is to offer our customers V2G solutions as part of the EnergyHub system.
