Do I need to replace existing Type A ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) in the property?

Answer:

No. Although solar panel installations may generate DC leakage currents, there is no risk of type A ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) protecting other groups in the property or other properties becoming saturated. However, 30 mA type A GFCIs should not be used to protect the EnergyHub installation because larger installations may generate DC leakage currents.
