Ferroamp uses Single Sign-On, which means that you use the same login credentials for the installer portal as you do for EnergyCloud. If you don't already have a user, you can either choose to log in using your Google account or click on Register at the bottom of the login window.

If you have forgotten your password, press "Forgot password?" and then you will see the following dialog where you enter the email address associated with your Ferroamp account and then press send. You will then receive a new password sent to the email address you provided, provided that it is registered with Ferroamp.
