Does Ferroamp have an app for the EnergyCloud view?

Ferroamp has released a user app for iPhone and Android. In the app, you can see data for your system in real-time and history.

• Which operating systems is the app compatible with?  

The app is compatible with the following systems for iPhone and Android:

iPhone iOS 16, 17

Android 10, 11, 12, 13, >13

• Where can I download the app to my phone?

You can find the app in iPhone App Store and Android Google Play Store. 

• Is the app supported by iPad and/or Android tablet? 

No, we recommend that you use the EnergyCloud on a tablet. 

• Why can't I see the same functions and make the same settings in the app as I can in EnergyCloud?

The first version of the app was released in Q1 2024. We are planning for future releases with more functions and possibilities.

If you have any requests or want to give feedback, please use the feedback function in the app.

• Can I still use EnergyCloud in my phone?

EnergyCloud is still available as a mobile-responsive page with all the information accessible just like on the computer, and it works seamlessly on and adapts to your mobile phone or tablet.

To quickly access your facility in EnergyCloud from your phone, you can download and save EnergyCloud as an icon on your home screen. It will then be available just like a regular app on your phone. See the example below for a guide on how to proceed. 

Example:

For Android:

1. Start by accessing EnergyCloud https://portal.ferroamp.com and click on the three dots in the right corner. 
2. Click on  "Add to Home screen"
3. Choose what you want to call the app, for example "Ferroamp EnergyCloud".
4. The app will now show on your home screen just like an app you download. 

For iPhone:

1. Start by accessing EnergyCloud https://portal.ferroamp.com and click on the icon in the corner.
2. Click on "Add to home screen"
3. Choose what you want to call the app, for example "Ferroamp EnergyCloud". Click on "Done" in the right corner. 
4. Ferroamp EnergyCloud will show on your home screen just as any other app you download.
