Troubleshooting ladder for Ferroamp system

Answer:

If something in the Ferroamp system isn't working, follow the troubleshooting ladder below:


  1. Search for answers in the Knowledge Base. There, you'll find descriptions of various types of errors that may occur, and in the Operational Status section, you can see if there are any general disruptions that could be causing the issues.
  2. Restart the router and EnergyHub: Many of the errors that may occur temporarily can be easily resolved by restarting both the network connection and the EnergyHub itself. Restart the router according to the manufacturer's instructions. Restart the EnergyHub as follows:
    1. Disconnect the power from the EnergyHub from the mains. There is often a separate switch labeled EnergyHub, Microgrid, or similar. If such a switch is not available, the main switch of the property can be used.
    2. When the switch is turned off, the display on the EnergyHub should go off.
    3. Wait for 5 minutes.
    4. Turn the switch back on.
  3. Contact the installer. If a restart does not solve the problem, contact the installer who installed the system. Ferroamp's support is aimed at installers, and for it to work smoothly, we need contact with an installer on-site to solve the problem. If, for any reason, you do not know who installed the system or if the installer cannot be contacted for any other reason, you can submit a ticket via a form.
