Do I need to use shielded cables in the DC network to minimize the risk of interference?

No, there's no need to shield the cables in the DC grid.

The only place where shielding may be needed is on the CT cables to avoid picking up interference from AC cables. However, DC doesn't magnetically couple to other signals, so there's no need for shielding on the DC grid.
