Answer:
To activate the OCPP function, the following steps need to be performed:
Router Settings:
- Assign a static/fixed IP address for the EnergyHub in your router. If you need assistance with this, refer to the manual for your router or contact your router provider.
- Do not set a static/fixed IP address in the EnergyHub display.
Charger Settings:
- Change the endpoint to the following: ws://IP-of-EnergyHub-or-Display:9000 (for example, ws://192.168.1.225:9000).
The following applies only to users with previous CTEK integration:
- Disable Available currents in the charger's portal.
- Change Nanogrid load balancing to "None" under Configuration -> Network.
- Upon activation of OCPP, we will disable Ext-API/MQTT.
- If you currently control the system from third-party software, please inform us.
The following information needs to be provided to us to activate the function:
- Chargepoint ID (found in the charger's portal)
- Does the charger have one or two outlets? (we currently support only 1 charger with 1 outlet)
- Size of your main fuse?
- Manufacturer and model of the charger? (see supported models here)
Depending on the manufacturer, the charger manufacturer's app may not be able to communicate with the charger after the integration is activated. However, the car's app will continue to function as before.
