Answer:
If your charging station has implemented OCPP 1.6-J and has been tested and verified by Ferroamp, you have the ability to control the charging of your electric car through the EnergyHub system. You can then set up your system to only allow the car to charge when there is surplus solar power production. To allow charging only with solar power, you activate import limitation with an import threshold value of 0 W.
NOTE! Most electric cars require at least 6 A per phase for the vehicle to start charging, which requires an overproduction of approximately 4.2 kW for the car to begin charging.
